1、吊钩应是正式专业厂按吊钩技术条件和安全规范要求生产制造的， 产品应具有生产厂的质量合格证书， 否则不允许使用。

2、新钩应做负荷试验 ， 测量钩口开度不应超过原开度的0.25%。

3、使用过程中应经常检查吊钩有无裂纹或严重变形、腐蚀及磨损现象.

4、吊钩应每年进行一次试验。试验时以1.25 倍容许工作荷重进行10min 的静力试验， 用放大镜或其他方法检查， 不应有裂纹、裂口及残余变形。

5、三个危险断面应用煤油清洗 ， 用放大镜看有无裂纹。对板式钩应检查衬套、销子磨损情况。

6、吊钩上的缺陷不得补焊。

5. The three dangerous sections shall be cleaned with kerosene and checked for cracks with a magnifying glass. For plate type hook, check the wear of bushing and pin.

6. The defects on the hook shall not be repaired.
